Our company carry out the product quality control by the following steps, the following standards refer to National standards < GB 50205—2001>.According to material types involved in thisproject, the material inspection key is to inspect the following items:
1.Using steel tap, micrometer and protractor to inspect the square pipes’ appearance, dimension, tolerance allowed and edge quality.
2.Inspect the defects if there is rust for the appearance quality of the square pipes or nonuniform galvanization , etc
3.Inspect the factory quality certificate and entry reinspect report for the square pipes.
4. Using Coating thickness gauge to check if the square pipes’ thickness meet Requirements
5.Hot galvanized thickness and technology standards
A if the thickness of workpieces is more than or equal to 6mm, the average thickness should be more than 85um, partial thickness should be more than 70um.
B if the thickness of workpieces is less than 6mm or more than 3mm, the average thickness should be more than 70um, partial thickness should be more than 55um.
C if the thickness of workpieces is less than 3mm or more than 1.5mm, the average thickness should be more than 55um, partial thickness should be more than 45um。
